- What is the difference between static and dynamic codes?
Static codes encode your content directly and work forever, but can’t be edited or tracked. Dynamic codes route through a short link, so you can change the destination after printing and see scan analytics. Dynamic codes are available on Pro and Business.
- Which plan includes scan analytics?
Scan analytics and tracking are included on Pro and Business. Expiration dates, scan limits, and password protection are Pro features.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change plans whenever you like, and your saved codes stay intact. Downgrading simply limits access to the higher-tier features.
- How does billing work?
Pro and Business can be billed monthly or yearly in USD. Yearly billing costs the equivalent of 10 months — so you get 2 months free (Pro is $120/year, Business is $390/year). You can cancel anytime; your account reverts to the Free plan and your static codes keep working.
